As rightly stated above, BSA is a proprietary Bluetooth stack-cum-application to be used on Linux machines/devices.

On the other hand, WICED bluetooth stack is meant to be used on WICED devices such as CYW20706 and CYw20719 which do not have a full fledged OS such as Linux but are based on RTOS.

There might not be a lot of differences in terms of features between the two.

BTE is the current BT Stack under WICED

BSA is the current stack under Linux

BTE is a derivative of BSA, but they are not identical.

Hello, so the stack used by cypress, is the WICED? I'm using the CY5677 BLE USB dongle by the way.

Thanks.
