We are investigating two issues that may be related to Wi-Fi/BT coexistence on the CYW4343W.
1. Poor Wi-Fi throughput when simultaneously performing BT scans
2. BT "lockups" where LE advertisements/connection requests are no longer transmitted until the whole device is rebooted (resetting BT portion alone does not help).
In order to identify the root cause and perhaps find a workaround, we would like to experiment with the coexistence algorithm parameters to see if that makes any difference. Unfortunately, there's very little documentation to be found explaining what parameters are available and how they work. Specifically, how are we to use the "btc_params" and "btc_flags" values exposed via the "wl" utility? The extent of what we've found so far is the information in AN214807, which described the register values 8/10 for "btc_params" as "BT COEX deferral limit setting" with no further explanation of what that means.
