Hi

I have a TypeYDt Murata module.

'console' the sample code has been tested.

But not if the ping test.

I have tested with the same procedure below.

step 1. join samwoo_R&D wep key 192.168.0.57 55.255.255.0 192.168.01

          Joining : samwoo_R&D

          successfully joined : samwoo_R&D

          Setting IPv6  link-local address

          IPv4 network ready IP : 192.168.0.57

step 2. ping 192.168.0.1

           Ping timeout

           ping 192.168.0.58

           Ping timeout

step 3. status

           WICED Version  : 3.1.2

           Platform       : MurataTypeYD

           MAC Address    : 90:B6:86:98:41:2D

           STA Interface

           MAC Address : 90:B6:86:98:41:2D

           SSID        : samwoo_R&D

           IP Addr     : 192.168.0.57

           Gateway     : 192.168.0.1

           Netmask     : 255.255.255.0

          AP Interface   : Down

          P2P Interface  : Down

step 4. Wifi connection in the module and confirmed that AP.

step 5. This ping should not be on the PC. ( ping 192.168.0.57 )

Why should not what ping?

I would like to know what went wrong.

'console' sample is provided by broadcom.

So I think that the questions are right here.

What can not be supported against the sample code provided in the broadcom?

Hey,

So, I checked the steps that you mentioned with BCM943362 and WICED SDK 3.4.0

Step 1: Join the Access Point

Step 2: Check the IP of my machine : 10.16.96.105

Step 3: Ping my Machine using 10.16.96.105

Step 4: Status

Can you try with the WICED 3.4.0 SDK?

Thank you for having answers.

I was having trouble connecting Come to the test again.

Connection security schemes open, wpa-psk, wpa2-psk this is connected to the well.

But wep approach seems the connection is not good.

Why should not what wep way connection?

command : join samwoo wep ff11dd22cc

do not get the ip assigned.

I am that we have ap, ip router each test.

SDK Version 3.1.2

Please advice me.

Hi Jinho,

I've noticed you are using an older version of the SDK. Could you please try again with the newest 3.4.0 SDK and let us know if you are still seeing the same issue? You can download it at the below link. Thanks!

Hey,

I tried the application with wep.

It does work on BCM943362 and WICED SDK 3.4.0.

I would suggest using the WICED SDK 3.4.0.
