i can see it in the SDK version 3.1.2,
how to manually install BCM9WCD1EVAL1_drive?

You can follow this procedure to manually install the WICED drivers.
1. Plug in the WICED board to your computer
2. Open the Windows device manager (Windows button -> right click on Computer -> Manage)
3. You will see some USB devices with a yellow question mark.
4. Right click on those, select "Update driver software"
5. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
6. Select location of the BCM9WCD1EVAL1_Drivers in the SDK
7. It should start installing the driver.
8. You will have to do this for all the devices with question marks.
9. It will show as following once it is installed correctly.
-WICED USB Serial Port
-WICED USB JTAG Devices
