When performing a scan, we are noticing that 54000 (kilobits/s) is always reported unless the AP is operating as 802.11b and then 11000 (kilobits/s) is returned. We have verified that this is the case for G, N 20MHZ, and N 40MHz.Is this to be expected?

This was solved in the 2.4.0 release. Correct data-rates are now reported.
