I'm looking for a BCM43340-based module with no MCU that has on-board antennas and all the other pins broken out (particularly the SDIO host interface and the I²S/PCM ports). Does such a thing exist? If not, what's the closest I'll get to that?

I'm planning to use LwIP, so I just need to be able to send and receive Ethernet frames over SPI or SDIO, which means I need most of the functions of the BCM43340, including radio, PA, MAC, supplicant, etc, but I don't need a module with a TCP/IP stack.

For the Bluetooth, I just want audio out on I²S/PCM.

Hi,
TCP/IP stack is implemented by the host MCU. Host MCU communicates the WiFi section of the BCM43340/1 via SPI or SDIO. Bluetooth section of the BCM43340/1 is connected to the host MCU via UART.
Meaning that you need a host MCU to utilize BCM43340/1 module. For evaluation board of BCM43340/1, please contact your local Broadcom sales representative.
