BCM943341WCD1 EVB fails too.

Why it's specific to a customer?

Although the EVB is used here, there are specific details unique to the customer product of which I cannot reveal here.

If you have a similar issue, we will be glad to look into it.

As you already know, we do not manufacture production modules ourselves (just chips and dev. tools), and we rely on partners to create these production and often certified modules. As such, most of our eval boards have not been through the regulatory process.

With that said, which production partner module is your customer using in their design?

There is a list of all those supported here in the 2016 IoT Solutions Guide (note that I am updated USI, SPIL and adding MXChip and Mitsumi as we speak)

Was the production module chosen a certified one, or did the customer select an uncertified module because of perceived cost advantages? Has the module partner themselves (they have a direct line to our engineering team) been helpful in trying to resolve this issue?
