HOW can i download IDE

hi : i am in china , for some reasons .  when i download IDE from the site link ,it is always breakdown , i can 't get a complete packedge , is there some  mirror station can get the IDE .  thank you .

We are currently working to improve the download situation from inside China. We should have something in place next quarter.

there are no mirror site appeared till..

While Downloading SDK i faced the same problem.

Than I used  little high speed internet..  And I was able to download the SDK.
