CYW43455: WL_REG_ON/BT_REG_ON logic level?

Could not find anything in the datasheet that clearly states if WL_REG_ON and BT_REG_ON use VDDIO or VBAT logic levels.  Anyone have an answer and is there a datasheet or appnote that states this?
