BCM43364 or BCM43362

Hi,

I want to develop a low cost (<$20) battery powered wifi device. I currently searching  for a chip to handle the radio part. I am interested by TI SimpleLink and your Wiced platform.

What are the main differences between the BCM43364 and BCM43362 ? I couldn't find a product comparison page.

The BCM43364 is a lower cost follow on/replacement for the BCM43362.  New designs should leverage the BCM43364
