WICED 6.2.1 stalls after certain errors and the only way found so far to pass by is to restart it

Show LessHi:
when I read the CYW20735 datasheet. I find some GPIOs are not assigned to detail Px, as we know, CYW20735 have 40 gpios which we can use.
so I want to know the UART_CTS_N UART_RTS_N UART_TXD UART_RXD SPI_MISO SPI_MOSI SPI_CSN SPI_CLK ,these special functions IOs are corresponding to Px , if these gpios can use another functions ,for example if the UART_CTS_N can use general GPIO, I can use HCI uart function to download firmware if I assign the UART_CTS_N as a generel gpio. now we use the third party CYW20735 module to develop bluetooth mesh devices ,and the number of IO pins of the CYW20735 modules is too small . so we have to use the HCI uart IOs as a general IOs ,however I want to know if I have configued these HCI uart IOs to another function and I can't download the program by the gpios.
I wan to know if these special GPIOs functions have been configued as corresponding functions in the bootloader, the user can't use these GPIOs as other function!
thanks!

Show LessI have a customer working with the CYBT-483039 under WICED Studio 6.2.
He is using the hello_sensor and hello_client applications to test range.
When both evaluation boards for the the module (CYBT-483039-EVAL) are plugged into a PC, he is able to connect the two boards together and get them to stay connected. He wants to be able to then take the board controlled by hello_sensor and move it across the building and just plug it in to a USB power supply.
However, every 10 seconds, the application was restarting ONLY when running on the power supply. When it was powered by the computer, it ran with no problems. However, I was measuring the current to compare the power supplies when the sensor application started restarting with the computer power supply as well. This continues even after resetting and re-flashing the application.
Any ideas what could cause this? Is there some sort of watchdog or expected input from HCI or PUART that I’m missing?
Let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas.
Show LessHello,
Just purchased the CYBT-353027-EVAL board and i can find no documentation about this board, other than the "Getting_Started_with_EZ-BT_WICED_Modules.pdf" document.
Anyways, i tried to download the example "snip.hal.gpio-CYBT_353027_EVAL download". I changed the name as demonstrated on youtube.
Board just locked up and could not be detected anymore.

Fortunately, i was able to fix the issue following this instruction; https://community.cypress.com/message/164798#164798
When it worked again and i tried another example; "demo.led_control_demo-CYBT353027_EVAL download"
The example didn't compile. I got the errors;

So finally, i tried a third example; demo.hci_uart_spi_bridge-CYBT_353027_EVAL TRANSPORT=SPI download
However, now I got the same issue again;

But now the unlock procedure as described in https://community.cypress.com/message/164798#164798 does no longer fix the issue.
Can you please give me some advice how to fix the issue and how i can run some examples that do work with this board?
I have used a vanilla install of WICED-SDK Version: Wiced_006.004.000.0061 on windows 10 and the CYBT_353027_EVAL platform was already installed by default.
Thanks!
Show LessHi:
I use the CyBluetool to download firmware. unlucky the firmware has not been successfully burned.
I guess if there is any bug for the burning software
Show LessHi,
I would like to confirm the version of profiles bellow which are supported by WICED STUDIO 6.4.0.
Is the 6.4.0 supporting the version of those bellow
-A2DP Sink ver.1.2~
-AVRCP Controller ver.1.5~
-HFP ver.1.6~
I could find that kind of information on the Technical Brief for WICED STUDIO 6.2.1.
But there is no Technical Brief for 6.4.0.

Hi Sir,
We want to come true A2DP source and SPP in one demo,we notice that watch demo support A2DP source,SPP demo support spp profile,So how can we mix them together,Can you give me some suggestion?
Meanwhile,if I want to calculate CPU occupancy rate,How can i achieve it?
Thanks~
Best Regards,

Show LessHello TS
I'm working kaonmedia in korea and developing the Remote N project of Kakao in korea.
The platform is 20721 on WICED-Studio-6.3.1.17.
We received from Kakao about power mode and we reviewed your document CYW20706_and_CYW20719_Low-Power_Modes.pdf and Enhanced Low Power, BR/EDR/BLE Bluetooth 5.0 SOC for Audio.pdf but we cannot find any the enterance condition of sleep and deep sleep.
And, through liam lee in unicast, we tested mybeacon application which can check sleep handler but we cannot understand sleep and deep sleep scenario of PMU.
If we set-up sleep enable and sleep handler then we believe that PMU always call sleep hander.
So, please guide clearly about power mode (SDS, PDS, PMU sleep) for applying on 20721 platform and entering condtion each power mode.
These are my summerized questions.
1. The entering condtion of PMU sleep, PDS, SDS.
2. Why call the PMU always sleep handler? If PMU always call sleep handler, is it effected at LE audio performance?
3. Guide the design for applying sleep scenario.
Thanks
BR.
