Does CYBT-353027-02 support 2 Mbps data rate for BLE 5.0?
The base device for this part is CYW20707 according to section "WICED-based EZ-BLE and EZ-BT Modules" in the "Modules" tab @ https://www.cypress.com/products/ble-bluetooth
Revision H of the "Preliminary" datasheet for CYW20707 @ https://www.cypress.com/documentation/datasheets/cyw20707-bluetooth-soc-embedded-wireless-devices states "Broadcom proprietary LE data rate up to 2 Mbps". Is the proprietary LE 2 Mbps data rate compliant with the Bluetooth 5.0 LE 2 Mbps data rate?
If CYBT-353027-02 supports BLE 5.0 LE 2 Mbps data rate, where are the instructions to enable it?

How large is the bluetooth stack for CYBT-353027-02?
How large is a typical application?
The base device for this part is CYW20707 according to section "WICED-based EZ-BLE and EZ-BT Modules" in the "Modules" tab @ https://www.cypress.com/products/ble-bluetooth CYW20707 as the base is odd because CYW20707 is NOT widely supported and apparently uses external host and stack per the discussion, "The differences between CYW20704, CYW20706 & CYW20707" @ https://community.cypress.com/message/146477 Is CYBT-353027-02 really supported by CYW20706 which has internal host and stack?
Show LessHi,
Our customer wants to use HCI UART for communication to external MCU. For this, following blog explains how to use raw mode of HCI UART.
How to Use HCI Raw Data Mode in CYW20706 - KBA225970.
But I have a question.
When I use HCI RAW mode, flow control between 20706 and external MCU should be used but I can't see related APIs. I know flow control for PUART is supported in wiced_hal_puart.h but I am not sure if flow control for HCI UART is supported.
Q) Is it possible to use flow control of HCI UART in application layer?
Thanks,
Liam
Show LessHi
The customer is selecting the IC.
1. I would like to know the difference between CYW20719 and CYW20721.
When checking the DATA, there is almost no difference in function.
Please tell me the difference between H / W and FW.
2. On Chip 1 Mb Flash is in both CYW20719 and CYW20721,
so is it correct with the understanding that an external Flash ROM is not required in principle?
Thanks,
Yang
Show LessHi
Customer is considering developing modules using CYW20706.
They are planning to confirm the operation of Audio-20706WCDEVAL.watch for CYW20706.
My Questions:
1, I think the latest version of Modus Toolbox_2.2.0.2801 includes the HFP_AG function,Is that recognition correct?
2, If correct, could you tell me why you didn't list CYW20706 in the readme.txt?
HFP Audio Gateway:
--Targets with chips 20721B2, 20719B2, and 43012C0 support HFP Audio Gateway.
--The Watch app can demonstrate how to use HFP AG as below.
Thanks,
Yang
Show LessHello,
I am using CYBT 423028 Eval for Mesh development (Dimmer code), to debug or to check WICED trace messages on Putty, configured WICED_BT_TRACE through PURT.
After code download disconnected the HCI UART to get trace messages on PuTTY. But I am getting some garbage messages as shown below.
Followed the steps to check Trace messages:
1. Downloaded the code.
2. turn off the HCI UART switch
3. Turn On PURT switch
4 Configured PuTTY (See image below)
Is there anything i am doing wrong of missing to get proper trace messages.
With same configuration as mentioned above i could able to get Trace messages for GPIO project. but not with the Dimmer code.
Show LessAccording to the DATA sheet of CYW-20706, Left-channel data is transmitted when I2S WS is low, and right-channel data is transmitted when I2S WS is high. Is it correct ?
Our customer says the opposite result is observed.

Show LessHello,
I have created the dimmer project in WICED studio (Ver 6.4) for CYBT-423028 Eval by simply coping the files from example project to new project and is getting compiled successfully, along with the example code have configured LED for indication in new project as shown below, and turning it on the LED when key press is detected.
But after downloading the code i could not see LED Turning on on Button press.
As in above code snippet CYW20719B0 is used as base device, would like to know which version of CYW20719 (B0 or B1) is used for CYBT-423028 Eval ?
Is there anything I am missing in configuration ?
Also would like to know how Make target takes required platform files for configuration ?
Show LessHello Infineon team.
[Background]
To conduct certification in TELEC, CYBT-333032 has to send TX packet accordance with following TX AFH mode.
(The original document is attached in https://community.cypress.com/message/183197 .)
[Need Help]
Please tell me the command for the TX AFH mode.
Thanks,

Show LessHi,
I am using CYBT-423028_EVAL development Board. As just to make Evaluation board alive, tried downloading snip.hal.gpio code, which is not working on the CYBT-423028_EVAL, to download and check the code functionality followed the following procedure:
1. For this WICED-Studio-6.4.0.61 is used.
2. created the new custom project for gpio. To create new project followed the steps mentioned in 002-23400_AN223400_Getting_Started_with_EZ-BT_WICED_Modules
I have simply copied the file from example gpio project to new project. (As shown in image above).
3. Created the a make target as shown in image below for new project and for respected platform. I can see compilation is getting successful and getting downloaded to board also successful.
4. I think for this no need to add platform file as it already added with this version of WICED Studio.
Once application is downloaded to board I don't see LED blinking or button is working.
Is there anything that I am missing to make it working ?
And how to recover the example project, as by mistake I have deleted some files of another project ?
