WICED Studio Bluetooth

I've been looking through these forums for a suitable bluetooth module:

1.  I2S audio output (48kHz/16 bit minimum)

2.  SPP communications

3.  Use UART or similar to change bluetooth name, activate pairing, etc.

I'd like to avoid having to learn the details of a new development platform - is there a module available that does this?  Or sample software that comes very close for modules such as the CYBT-343026-01?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please check below links for Cypress AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE & Bluetooth Classic products details. You can get available modules also from this links - Goto Modules -> WICED-based EZ-BLE and EZ-BT Modules.

https://www.cypress.com/products/airoc-bluetooth-le-bluetooth

For you requirements (I2S, SPP, etc.), you can select 20719, 20706, 20721 silicon based modules. Please check the datasheet for more details.

CYBT-343026-01 is a 20706 chip based module, which is currently supported in Modustoolbox Software environment which is a new software systems for embedded software development provided by Cypress. I would suggest you to use it for your development. It has vast and variety of documentations available in the below link, so that you can quickly start your project development.

NOTE: Please contact our sales team to get details about 20721 modules.
