Is there any readback etc. code duplication protections for CYW20719 or any of the other BT chips?

Hi StN._1917156​,

Unfortunately we do not have memory protection feature for any WICED Bluetooth devices.

However, you can look at PSoC BLE devices, some of them provide memory protection.
