If I download my application code to external flash, how do I protect my code?

If you use a host MCU to push the application (in place of the FLASH), then you can protect the binary through whatever means you'd like prior to it being downloaded over HCI. However, in using FLASH directly connected to the 20706, the application binary must abide by the exact format and address locations that our ROM expects.
