Hello everyone,
I have a project where it is nessesary to know the start-up time. Meant is the time between connection to a power supply and reaching the main loop in active mode.
Does any body know how long this takes?
Thanks and best regards
Philipp

Hi philipp.dimitriou_1589426,
50ms delay is the time of reset release after power stable. If it is 50ms or more, 20706 works normally. If it is less than 50ms, device may work but this can’t be guaranteed. The key is to guarantee reset release must be after power stable.
FYI, 15ms delay is the time of HCI command response after reset release. If it is less than 15ms, HCI command may work but this can’t be guaranteed.

50ms is sure-safe. We actually explicitly specified an external voltage detector IC in the reference schematic to realize this delay.
