I'm creating a project that will use the new CYBT-343026 module which I understand is basically the same hardware as the CYW92070xV3_EVAL PCB. I Have that eval PCB driving I2S to my SSM3582 digital amplifier eval board and it's working well. I need to add a second I2S source which will be the TLV320ADC3101 from TI which converts an analog stereo audio signal to I2S that will be selectable as an alternate sound source - i.e. the BT streaming I2S or the I2S from the Aux input.
The TLV320ADC3101's I2S outputs can be tri-stated so I'm wondering if the same is true for the I2S output from the CYBT-343026 (which I think uses a CYW20706 Bluetooth SoC), if yes then I can simply connect the I2S signals in parallel and enable one or the other's output. I'm not clear if/how I can make the I2S outputs go hi impedance using code.
Thanks in advance,
Ted
Show LessDear all,
We are carrying the CYW20736S in our module. I was just asking if CYPRESS has already have the RF Regulatory certificate in Korea. If not what is the procedure that we need to follow please.
Thanks,
Ali.
Show LessWe are using the 20736S on our devices, is there a roadmap for Bluetooth 5 for the WICED line
I'm currently working on an application with a 20736S acting as a central. In order to speed up the overall process, I'm interested in using 'bleprofile_sendWriteCmd' since it doesn't require waiting for a response like 'bleprofile_sendWriteReq' does.
My questions are:
1) How many of those ...WriteCmd calls can be executed in a row (called sequentially without delay)?
2) If there is a limitation, what is the mechanism to determine when the next one can be called?
Thanks.
Show LessThere is a slow speed via OTA with BrCM 20737s chip with Samsung handsets even if we
add in Ws_upgrade_ota.c
// to make upgrade faster request host to reduce connection interval to minimum
lel2cap_sendConnParamUpdateReq(6, 6, 0, 700);
but it doesnt work and ota speed near 20min.
However if we mark this line below in encryption_changed(HCI_EVT_HDR *evt)() in hello_sensor.c
// We are done with initial settings, and need to stay connected. It is a good
// time to slow down the pace of master polls to save power. Following request asks
// host to setup polling every 100-500 msec, with link supervision timeout 7 seconds.
//bleprofile_SendConnParamUpdateReq(80, 400, 0, 700);
it can work with only 2min ota. However, we disable a refered speed from slave to master...
is it impact any issue for instance, master auto set a interval speed but slave can not support it to cause link-drop or other issue???
Show LessHi,
Per the thread here: Pairing process with Passkey not completed - (MASTER: BCM20737S, SLAVE: BCM20737S)
I have the same problem as I'm basing our project on the hello_client and hello_sensor examples. Bonding finishes with error code 0x04 despite we are using the SDK 2.2.3.
Is there a particular way to configure the master and slave in regards to the LESMP_IO_CAP_DISP_ONLY, LESMP_IO_CAP_DISP_KEYBOARD_ONLY,...
What we are trying to accomplish is to bond two devices where the key is set programatically. There is no user entering any key through a keyboard or anything like this.
Show LessI have found that iPhone will not re-pair to a device that is still in its bluetooth menu after device calls
lesmpkeys_removeAllBondInfo();
emconninfo_clearDeviceBondedFlag();
emconninfo_clearLinkEncryptedFlag();
and then after reconnecting with phone in connection up sends a security request.
Security request is ignored by phone, callback never received on device. Phone stays connected to device but not in bonded/encrypted state (according to emconninfo_deviceBonded & emconninfo_linkEncrypted flags).
Show LessAs a follow on to this thread: OTAFU and Versioning
For secure OTA, according to the guide, the first four bytes will stands for firmware version information, and for non-secure OTA, where can we find the firmware version from the OTA bin file? should we specify the address of the following constant:
const WS_UPGRADE_APP_INFO WsUpgradeAppInfo
And how can we specify the address in Eclipse?
