Scan sometimes stops working (continued)

I'm getting the similar issue on SDK2.1.1 on 20736. What is the correct procedure to kick off a scan?

I'm doing the following

bleprofile_Discoverable(NO_DISCOVERABLE, NULL);

blecen_Scan(HIGH_SCAN);
