Per this discussion here: Prototype boards are failing with issue similar to one previously reported
I'm having a very similar problem and it looks like the previous user never found a solution.
I have some 20737S modules (4 out of 150), that stop advertising after 10-60 seconds. Even using the example code "hello_sensor" in the SDK, it makes no difference. I have changed the crystal warm up time to 5000ms and it hasn't helped the problem. The problem is definitely related to specific modules. I've also been unable to make a reliable test for this in production, as it seems that when a board is first powered up the advertisements might last several minutes, but then thereafter it lasts 10-60 seconds.

I have good news: SDK 2.2.1 that was just released solves my problem. Both Hello_Sensor and my own code would stop advertising and connecting after 30 second of operation, on 4 out of 150 modules we built. Now, with SDK 2.2.1 both Hello_Sensor and my own code are continuing to run for extended periods on all modules.
We are now testing for stability over longer periods, and with heavy operation.
