I have created a simple 5 page PDF with numerous screenshots that walk you through how to do an OTA update with the BCM2073x/BCM2073xS device and the Broadcom SDK. One key thing that I learned sometime back after having OTA's fail ~30% of the time was a simple trick that solves this problem which is to simply UNCHECK the 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' in the USB Dongle/BCM20702 Bluetooth Device Properties tab under Power Management.
