Can the peripheral device directly reconnect to host/central?

The central can call blecen_Conn() to connect a peripheral which is in advertisement.

Can the peripheral device directly reconnect to central which is paired before?

If yes, which function call can do it?

It's important to understand that a Peripheral always advertises while a Central always scans.

To connect to a specific central, the peripheral can use Directed advertisements.

When the peripheral stays directed advertisement, the connection seems still to be executed by the central.

At peripheral side, can it create connection to a central?

For connection creation, central is always being initiator to send connect request and peripheral is always being receiver to receive the request.
