failures packets after connect other usb device

 hello, i use cyusb3014, streamer c#, usb3.0

   

i have good speed and no failure packets.

   

but when i connect usb-flash, streamer print all failure packets, and need reset device.

 i connected kintex 7 via CYUSB3014 on PC(intel usb controller) and implemented slave_fifo_sync2.

   

i test via streamer read process. all work good, but when i connect usual USB flash drive all packets failures.

   

i used two usual usb flash card (usb 2.0)

 it turned out that problem only c# streamer, on c++ streamer work good.
