USB Superspeed Peripherals

I followed the CyUSB Suite for Linux document on Ubuntu 14.04, installed Qt4 and libusb 1.0, built the cyusb library. Tried to program the FX3 with cyfxbulksrcsink, write data at end point 0x01 and it worked fine. But when try to read from 0x81, it suppose to return some constant data, but I always read back nothing.

This works on Windows. Do you anything special needs to be done for this to work?

Thanks,

Frank.

Hi Frank,

Did you write your own application to do the transfers? If yes, can you please share the code?

Regards,

Hemanth

Hi Hemanth,

I didn't write my own code, I just used the provided sample. Tried the cyfxbulklpautoenum and when I write to 0x01 end point, able to read what's been written from 0x81. But the cyfxbulksrcsink just does not work.

Please provide any advice to trouble shoot.

Thanks,

Frank.

Hello Frank,

Can you please share the USB Bulk Source Sink project that you built in Linux?

Did you use the same image file that built-in Linux to test in Windows Platform and it worked in Windows and not worked in Linux?
