Hi, I'm a software engineer using FX3/CX3 products and have some questions about I2C.

I referenced an75779 and cyfxusbi2cregmode for implementing application.

But there are difference between that examples and so I'm wondering why those example different.

In an75779, SensorI2CAccessDelay() function is used after CyU3PI2cTransmitBytes() function.

In SensorI2CAccessDelay() function, this is just loop I think.

But in cyfxusbi2cregmode example source code,  CyU3PI2cWaitForAck() function is used after CyU3PI2cTransmitBytes(). 

What are different between those?

FX3 Serial number in Bootloader mode (j4 jumper insert - PMODE)

Hi,

I'm using multiple FX3 board devices and I connect them under 4 DS port HUB,

When I restart the computer all off them starting with Yellow Exclamation Mark Issue in Device Manager.

I think it's because when all of the FX3 in Bootloader mode then the Serial number is the same

Serial number "USB\VID_04B4&PID_00F3\0000000004BE"

Can I change the serial number of the  Bootloader mode? I now how to change the descriptor serial number of the firmware that I'm burning to the device but I don’t know how to change the descriptor serial number when the device is in Bootloader mode.

I add picture so you can see the problem inside the device manager.

You can reproduce the problem at your end by:

1. Connecting 4 FX3 with J4 jumper insert under HUB
2. Restart the pc
3. Enter to device manger to see if the device enumerate proper

When I download CPLD_Programmer to a super speed explorer kit with the cpld accessory board attached, the fx3 does not enumerate - there are no entries in the USB Control Center making it impossible to configure the CPLD. The link to the example files for the SuperSpeed Design examples on the Infineon site take me to amazon to purchase the book (which I already have) so it is of no use. I found a copy of the files on the net. There is of course no guarantee the files have not been changed but they are all I have. Could you provide either a working link to the example files  or the full source for CPLD_Programmer?

I downloaded the an65974 material and flashed the SF_loopback.img on the FX3 and everything's working. But if I import the SlaveFifoSync directory inside Ez USB suite tool (1.3.4) and  I then compile, after having flashed the freshly generated .img image, the device interface is not even detected anymore by the Control Center. I also tried the compiling operation on a Linux machine (make command + elf2img tool), but I get the same problem: after having flashed the .img, not even libusb can list the device

   I am working on CYUSB3KIT-003 kit with image sensor ov7675 currently, and using AMCap on PC

   I follow the instruction AN75779, and made some modify with the previous discussion

   Re: Cypress EZUSB FX3 to stream video from OV7670

   AN75779 modification - FX3 for streaming image sensor data

    Hardware setting:

    ov7675 is initialized by another device, so i2c function on fx3 is disabled

    only connect DQ[0-7]  PCLK  FV  LV to fx3

   since ov7675 default resolution is 640*480 so I connect the fx3 to usb 2.0 port on PC,

   according to the  AN75779, the uvc will switch to 640*480 automatically, and AMCap recognize this as well

  I enable the #define DEBUG_PRINT_FRAME_COUNT to check the status of frame receiving

  and using oscilloscope to check the FV and LV existing, and it does

  but i can't see any image on AMCap

  the debug info:

下图start_time与end_time 是VS2013（上位机）中读取一次32768个32bit的时间，监测到上位机读取的数据速度在us级别;我用matlab和vs2013联合编程，matlab调用vs2013中生成的静态库，但是vs2013发送数据到matlab过程中速度变慢，为150ms左右，这是怎么回事呢请教一下。

I set up 4 endpoints, 2 bulk endpoints, and 2 interrupt endpoints in the configuration descriptor, then downloaded the compiled firmware to the FX3 development board, plugged the USB interface of FX3 into Ubuntu18.04 host, where I saw the following information via dmesg：

用上位机发送请求，固件接收请求，SPI与FPGA进行通讯；当上位机发出请求，示波器可以立即抓到cyusb3014 GPIO的信号，但上位机有卡顿，反应较慢，测试发现读写单个spi寄存器（24bit）的时间是100ms，请问怎么提高速度？相比较usb2.0，芯片cypress68013 的读写单个spi寄存器（24bit）的时间是10ms。

       用上位机发送请求，固件接收请求，用SlaveFifoSync固定，与FPGA进行数据传输，时钟100M；当上位机发出请求，xilinx ila可以立即抓到cyusb3014 GPIO的数据信号，但上位机有卡顿，反应较慢，测试发现上位机读取32768（32bit）的时间是130ms，请问怎么提高速度？另外，每次请求固件接收数据，flaga 拉高的时间只有1024 时钟周期。设置如下图：
