VDDIO1,VVDIO2,VDDIO3 current of CX3

Dear Sir,

I cannot find any parameters for currents  of VDDIO1,VDDIO2,VDDIO3 in CX TRM or datasheet.

Can anyone share these parameters ?

Power consumption details of FX3 are given here.

You can refer the same for CX3 also
