USB flash memory stick controller

I want to build USB 3.0 flash memory stick with software controlled write protection. Final product, should have the possibility to freeze content with dedicated application. Unlock should wipe out all data. I'm looking for memory controller and design ideas how to implement it.

Hello,

- In case you want to implement the flash memory interface over the SPI interface, you can refer to FX3.

- In case you are looking for a SD/eMMC interface, you can refer to FX3S. The FX3 SDK has example firmware applications for mass storage devices.
