All application notes and evaluation boards I could find are using the larger 121 ball package(0.8mm pitch) with more convenient placing of the USB signal pins. Is there a reference design or design recommendations available for routing out the signals on the smaller 131 ball WLCSP (0.4mm pitch) of the FX3 (CYUSB3014-FBXIT and CYUSB3014-FBXCT) as the pinout for the USB signals is quite different and the fanout is more difficult due to the finer pitch?
