Hello

 

I am testing CX3 with a certain sensor (100fps).

 

MIPI Setting is below

we have three problem.

1. Broken image

2.  CB Failure

Sometimes "CB failure" was happened. 

Can you advice me about the solution for fixing this problem?

Hi,

With the current configuration vertical blanking is only 200us. It should be greater or around 400us.

Can you make following changes and test:

CSI clock: 400MHz(Make sure that transmitter is also configured for this value);

Hblanking: 160pixel; VBlanking: 50line

With this vertical blanking will be increased to 400us.

Thank you for your reply.

You mentioned CSI clock 400MHz.

But is CX3 spec 300MHz for 4ch MIPI?

On your datasheet, MIPI Max speed is 2.4Gbps.

Throughput calculation is according to Q/A No. 6 in this KBA . This takes blanking also into consideration. So, with the modification I suggested throughput will not exceed 2.4Gbps.

Please try the same.
