Does CX3 support V4L2 and UVC in Ubuntn 16.04 (Kernal version 4.15)?

V4L2 is the second edition of V4L which is general camera driver framework upon Linux. Maybe you could get further information from below link:

Don't we need install any driver and system could identify our camera to be UVC type via your CX3(MIPI to  USB bridge) ?

Yes you don't change anything on CX3 side. It should work.
