About CX3 Control center

If they use Control Centor to write to SPI flash,  they will need to set PMODE to USB mode.However, if PMODE [2: 0] = 0F1, is it possible to write to SPI and then boot SPI with Control Center?

Or is it necessary to set PMODE [2: 0] = F11 when writing FW to SPI with Control Centor and change the setting to PMODE [2: 0] = 0F1 when booting?
