We are a long term user from Cypress but now the error is getting really complicated our devices are getting burned in the field and also a lot of  them are loosing its firmware, they get corrupted.

Can you please let me know if the issue is with the new batch of ICs or with the old batch which was already in production from long term?

Also, do let me know if there was any changes made in the schematic of the boards.

Hi. we always had some cases that we toleraded but seems increasing the number by the past months and also some cases we have actually the devices being melted. if you read the memory by the programer you can see that some positions are damaged unleashing the protections of reading.

Did you see cases like that? I am talking about 5-6% of my production.
