Hello,

Please share the firmware source of the generated HEX file. If it is confidential, please share the descriptor file.

EDIT:

- Please check if the configuration descriptor data is correct in terms of the descriptor length, endpoint configurations.

- Capture the USB trace during the device enumeration to identify the point of issue.

- Ensure that the device hardware is fine and is in accordance with the AN15456.
