I want the ifclk generated by the FPGA in my project ,but when I set the IFCONFIG=0x03H, CPUCS=0x10H, the chip cy7c68013A can't work.So I hope you can tell me the value of the IFCONFIG and the CPUCS.

Hi,
You have set the CPUCS.1 = 1. This means you are driving the clock out.
So for accepting the clock from FPGA, you need to make this bit 0.

What is the external clock frequency that you are using? Note that the FX2LP expects the external clock to be present before the firmware sets IFCONFIG.7 bit as 0. Are you ensuring that?
