Hello Geethanjali,
Please update the CYUSB3 driver to 1.2.3.20 on the Windows 10 PC. The driver comes along with the FX3 SDK.

hello shrinath,
we are getting 30 frames per second(361472 bytes per frame.) in windows xp.but in windows 7,we are getting 10 frames per second with same firmware, hardware and software.why it is failing some times.
we recieved 10 frames in both windows(i.e. 361472bytes) with defualt control center.
in windows xp,there will be 361472bytes between two consecutive hearder(MINDFLOW).
but in windows7,data between the header is varying (less than 361472bytes ,more than 361472bytes).
so what is the issue ?
regards,
geetha.
