Our company want do a Driver Re-sell process.
While reading and following CyUSB.pdf, I have a few questions below.
1. How can I create case for Driver Re-sell?
- I entered www.cypress.com/support but still I do not know how to do it.
- At the previous questions about Driver re-sell, there was a answer that recommend to contact Cypress Local sales/FAE.
But they also do not know how to do it.
if anybody knows the contact point or mail address about this, please let me know.
2. For the INF file, Should I change the GUID to new one so that have a different GUID with cypress's one?
3. For the prerequisites, the document said we need to prepare below;
1) EV certificate Code signing Certificate
2) Microsoft Dashboard Account
3) HLK studio.
we have 1), 3) now but I don't know how to get Microsoft Dashboard Account.
is it the same one with the Microsoft Account which we are using for Microsoft Office 365? or do we need to follow https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/dashboard/registration/hardware to get Partner Center account?
We want to add the firmware update capability to our high-level software (onto our FX2LP18 based board).
Is it possible to use the LoadEEPROM fct in a C/C++ project ? I'm currently using it in a C# test project (it works), but the final application will be developped in C/C++.
Another question : After Firmware Update how can i RESET my device (FX2LP18) to take into account the new firmware ?
Today i use a hardware RESET button of my board (it works), but i would like to do it by software (without any Hardware action).
My system have a EZ-USB FX2LP.
In "Receiver sensitivity Test", my system is failed.

We are use CY7C65211 as USB to I2C bridge.(VID_04B4 & PID_0004)
But CYUSB3 driver test fail of DFX support.
Does Cypress have new CYUSB3 driver to support DFX?

I have a custom board based on the FX3S processor with an attached debugger section using the CY7C65215. The connections of the CY7C65215 are a direct copy of the CYUSB3KIT-003 Superspeed kit. (TCK/TDI/TDO/TMS/RST)
By following the instructions in the EZ-USB Suite UserGuide, and using the Cypress USB Control Center and USB Serial Configuration utilities, I have setup my CY7C65215 identically to the one on the SS kit, both show three USB interfaces when connected:
USB-Serial (Dual Channel) Vendor 1
Cypress FX3 USB Bootloader Device
USB-Serial (Dual Channel) Vendor MFG
SCB1 is configured for JTAG. I set this manually at first, but after failures, just read the entire configuration direct from the SS Kit and applied to my CY7C65215 to ensure identical settings.
I am able to reliably use the SCB0 port for UART debug console logging from the FX3S, but am unable to reliably/successfully JTAG. It has worked once or twice, but most often it fails when attempting to load the firmware. I have attempted the same operations with the same firmware on the SS kit and both UART console logging and JTAG work smoothly.
I have read the errata and discussions below about known issues with the use of the JTAG simultaneously with the UART and have disabled the Uart initialization and usage when attempting to use the JTAG.
At this point, the only thing I can identify that is significantly different is the CY7C5215 device version. The SS kit is reporting 126.96.36.199 while my chip is 188.8.131.52 Could this be related to the issues I am seeing? If so, how could I update or acquire a part which is more current?

I am a developer looking at Cy7c68013 as a replacement for cy7c68001.
When using the Cy7C68001 Device, "BUSACTIVITY interrupt : detected either an absence or resumption of activity on the USB bus." was used to determine the USB disconnection.
Is there a way to detect absence activity on the USB bus on Cy7C68013A?
I met the problem when trying to update firmware to a new EEPROM in FX2LP in Windows 10/ 64-bit. The device can't be identified successfully and the application "cyclone" is locked and can't to operate anymore to load a new firmware.
How can I solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
I have a project with my team for which we want to use the CYUSBS234 USB-SPI-Bridge. Unfortunately I only found one C ++ library for it. But we need the library for Ansi C, C # and for Windows console applications.
Are there libraries for this and if so, where can I find them?

I'm using cy3684 DVK , the windows version is 7 and 10(2 computers) working on Korean version,
The problem is example An66806 hex file does not working.
So my question is do I need to change some parts of code? or is there a newest version of the example?
