Hi,

I have bought USB Controller (CY7C63813). But had a doubt that for accessing the CPU registers and other peripherals register, can't able to find the pin used for programming...Need a guidance that when we are checking in field of ATE whether we need external Emulator to program and then we need to check in ATE.

Hi,

Please refer to a similar thread: https://community.cypress.com/t5/USB-Low-Full-High-Speed/How-to-configure-the-Registers-of-CY7C63813...

CY7C63813 has user modules which need to be configured instead of configuring the registers. PSoC Designer needs to be used for configuring these parameters. Each user module has a comprehensive data sheet which is available from the software.

PSoC Designer IDE User Guide: https://www.cypress.com/system/files/document/files/001-83413_0A_V_0.pdf
