Hello
AN72332 describes that the line length of D+ and D- should be 75mm or less. I understand the reason for recommending the above, but as a result, without using a redriver etc. Please tell me the max line length that passed the compliance test.
I want to know how much the line length has been extended in the past record. Past max line length result for compliance test.
Best Regards
Arai

Hello Arai-san,
Based on compliance testing at our end in the past, and since USB 2.0 trace length depends on insertion loss of PCB, we should have maximum of 6-7 inches with 2 pairs of via. Re-driver is a must for trace length greater than 7 inches.
Best Regards,
Sananya
