CY7C68023 Device

I want to get more information about the CY7C68023 controller:

Is CY7C68023 compliant with any ONFI/Toggle protocol for NAND?
What timing parameters do the 30/50/100ns "NAND flash timing" refer to?
Does the software include the ability to:
write/read specific data to/from a specific memory location? (e.g. write 0x123456789 to address 0x30FF) so that I will be able to control every data transaction to the NAND?
Where can I buy the "CY3685 EZ-USB NX2LP" board from? (if there is no stock on digikey)

Would like to get as much information about this development board.

Hello,

Please note that the part CY7C68023 controller has been upgraded to CY7C68033/CY7C68034 (NX2LP-Flex) controller. Hence I would recommend you to go with the latest controllers.
