Hi, i bought CY7C63813(low speed USB 2.0 peripheral controller), i found CY3655-EXT as a suitable programming kit, but i couldn't figure out what ISSP and USB ports in the kit are used for.

Hi,

ISSP header is used to program the device using Miniprog or ICE-Cube programmers.

USB port can be used to connect the device and communicate with PC. 

The kit can be powered using either of these ports.
