I need to program the IIC EEPROM on my cy7c65642, but the Cypress Blaster program does not appear to work on Windows 7/8/10, and Blaster Plus doesn't appear to work with USB2 devices.
How do I program the chip?
Does Cypress plan to support product? Microsoft dropped support for XP 3 years ago.

You need to bind the HX2VL (CY7C65642) to the Vendor/Manufacturing driver to program EEPROM with the help of Blaster Utility.
I am attaching a .zip file which contains the Vendor/Manufacturing driver for OSs from Win7 to Win10 for both 32-bit and 64-bit in this thread.

Anil
