中的工具，，在linux下烧写配置文件到cy7c65211中，SPI配置文件是在Window下生成的，测试发现：烧写完配置以后直接扫不到芯片了，重启也不行，能帮忙分析下具体是什么原因吗？谢谢。

I am looking at upgrading my medical imaging device to USB3 Gen2.

We're currently using multiple Gen1 devices, including FX3s, to transfer data along a single USB3 link back to the Host PC.

I've assessed a couple of Gen2 hubs and while some of them seem to be capable of transferring at close to Gen2 speeds on the upstream, this can only be done if a Gen2 device is connected to the downstream. If two FX3 devices are running on the downstream, the upstream bandwidth is still limited to Gen1 speeds resulting in neither FX2 operating correctly. Advice from these hub manufacturers is that they don't aggregate the bandwidth.

What I need is the Gen2 hub to aggregate the bandwidth of multiple Gen1 devices. Does the HX3PD really do this?

We are using the CYUSB3314-88LTXC hub in our design, we have concerns related to UP stream connections. We have to communicate with the USB hub to the processor.

I am sending you a connection image, it is connection-1 and connection -2, could you please confirm which one is correct?

●What is the absolute maximum rating of external clock pin XIN and XOUT of  CY7C65634-28LTXCT?

When using it on the customer's board, the voltage may drop to about -0.46V, and I want to know if this meets the rating.

Is it not recommended to use it at -0.46V?

・According to the data sheet, the absolute maximum rating of the IO port is -0.5V to 3.6V or 5.5V.

・In the HX2VL guideline, it was written as 3.15V~3.6V.（AN72332)

・There is no clear rated voltage information for XIN and OUT.

(1) Could you please let me know status of HX3PD product (CYUSB4347-BZXC and CYUSB4357-BZXC)? (sampling or production?)

(2) and please let me know if HX3PD evaluation Kit (CY6611) is available for ordering.

     (if the CY6611 Evaluation kit is not available now, please let me know when the CY6611 kit will be available)

Hello.

My customer will use the CY7C65621-56LTXI.

They use 3 Downstream port.

They don't use OVR#[4].

Their schematic doesn't have the pull-up resister for the OVR#[4].

What problems might occur?

Please check it.

Does HX2VL have a pin to detect VBUS from HOST?  CY7C65632 does not have a pin to detect VBUS, so it is not clear what triggers the HUB to return D+ to the HOST and start communication. Is there a timing chart for Enumeration?

     We bought CY4609 development board. If it is set to normal mode, the hub can access USB devices.Set to VENDOR mode, the hub is connected to the USB device, why the USB device does not respond?

I have a small board I cooked off to get four COM ports out of a USB connection.  It uses a CY7C65632 hub, and below the hub sit four CY7C65213's which implement the USB to serial bridges.

On my desktop PC, after the machine sat and thought for a very long time (like about 20 minutes), it loaded all the drivers and all was well.  But I can't get either of my two laptops to load everything on the Windows side.  Basically I'm seeing a lot of "Error Code 31" where COM ports should be.

Why did this work on a desktop machine and not a laptop (or two)?

Attached are screen shots of what I see in Device Manager and USBView when all goes according to plan on the desktop (and ports COM7, COM35, COM36, and COM37 magically appear) as well as what crashes and burns on one of the laptops.

What am I missing about how to get the drivers to load on the laptop?  The point of having four serial ports is that the laptop has to be taken to a remote site to connect to four serial data streams for logging data.

I ran the program "CypressDriverInstaller_1" downloaded from the CY7C65213 page on Cypress-dot-com, and that may have helped with the desktop PC, but it did no good with the laptops.

Since there's nothing proprietary about the comm board's design, I attach a PDF of it here if it helps.

Works great on a desktop PC.  The trouble is that I can't haul a desktop to a remote location to take data.
