Hello all,

I'm recently bought HX3 DVK, CY4609 and trying to get some hands-on.

I'm using Dell laptop with windows10 OS . I've installed HX3 Blaster Plus application and performed steps listed in section "3.3 Procedure to Run HX3 Blaster Plus " in Configuration utility user guide document.

This is what I'm seeing in my device manager after performing steps:

Before performing steps it was:

If you can see there is a warning symbol on Cypress HX3 vendor mode device due to which there is no enumeration of HX3 in Blaster plus application.

I tried listed resolution in this query- https://community.cypress.com/t5/USB-Hosts-Hubs-Transceivers/Can-not-connect-I2C-EEPROM/td-p/99797 but unable to resolve issue. I restarted laptop and tried aswell but of no use.

I'm getting below error in device manager :

Can someone help me resolve this issue ?

Thanks and regards,

Pranay.

Hello Pranay,

Apologies for the delay in response.

Please use the driver for Win81 present in the Drivers Folder after downloading HX3 Blaster Plus for Win 10: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\HX3 Blaster Plus\drivers\win81

Kindly follow the exact steps as explained in the User Guide.

Regards,

Hi Pranay,

Please use the driver for Win 10  from the attached folder. You can follow the manual driver binding process as mentioned in the Blaster Plus Guide.

Hi Mallika,

Yes I'm connecting directly to USB port itself.

Yes I tried another system even it gives me same output.

As I already mentioned in my query I'm using windows 10 and another laptop that I tried also has windows 10 OS.

Have you tried it on your end ?

Thanks and regards,

Pranay.
