I am trying to change the device from CY7C65632 to CY7C65634.

I would like to use the PCB pattern as it is, but is it okay for the pins that are NC in 65634 to be processed externally? In the current PCB, there are some NC pins with VCC or GND connected.

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi,

In CY7C65634, the NC (not-connected) pins are not internally connected to die. They can be left floating or connected to VCC/GND. But could you please elaborate on how do you want to process the NC pins externally?

Regards,

Mallika

Mallika-san,

As I mentioned, I'm considering a replacement. I want to keep the terminals processed on the current board. I would like to use PCB as it is.

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi Tetsuo,

The NC pins in CY7C65634 are no-connect pins. It is recommended to leave them unconnected.
