I want to use CYUSB2304-68LTXI.
Is there information on recommended land patterns for this device?

Thank you,
Tetsuo

Abhilash-san,

There is no information about 68-QFN in KBA. AN has QFN information but no 68 pin information. Is there a document(figure) with recommended patterns like in KBA?

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Abhilash-san,

It is a robot controller adapter.
We would like to use this IC for expansion because the tablet has only one port.

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi,

I was actually referring to the IC name. It would be easy for me to provide the land pattern.

I wrote "CYUSB2304-68LTXI" in the question. Is the information insufficient? If yes, what other information do you need?

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi,

Please refer to the following link for the required land pattern,

 https://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/cy4609-hx3-usb-30-hub-reference-design-...

Since the CYUSB3304-68 QFN part is pin-to-pin compatible with CYUSB2304-68 QFN part, you can refer to them.
