I have a computer that is equipped with Adoptium JAVA 64 bits.
Eclipse is working well but EZ PD protocol analyzer is not launching .

Error is: Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.annotation.PreDestroy cannot be found by org.eclipse.e4.core.di_1.6.100.v20170421-1418

Is there a way to make EZ PD protocol analyzer working with a non Oracle JAVA distribution?

We are using CYPD3176 in a sink application and read the “EZ-PD™ Barrel connector replacement (BCR) FAQs - KBA231336” in the knowledge based articles. It was mentioned in question 16 that to support legacy USB, “It is recommended that ISNK_COARSE + ISNK_FINE ≥ 0.9 A and ISNK_COARSE + ISNK_FINE ≤ 1.5 A to attain the broadest interoperability with legacy chargers.” But since we also need to support PD3.0 also would this setting affect the PD contract?

If a legacy USB C charger(BC1.2, QC2.0 or a USB-A port) is connected to the CYPD3176 BCR-Plus, is there a way to know the voltage and current capability of the charger through i2C or other means? We know that for PD chargers we can get the info from CURRENT_PDO but cannot find the corresponding registers from the HPI manual.

As we known, the CFP package is pin to pin compatible with TI PD controller for host application

Could you please provide us Infineon and TI part number  - pin to pin comparison table?

1. How to modify SenderResponseTimer value using Host SDK for CCG6?

2. What value is default setting of SenderResponseTimer ?

In the datasheet of CYPD8125-48LDXI, it is mentioned on Page 12 under 2.4.5.5: 

“These gate drivers do not meet the Fast Role Swap (FRS) timings per the PD spec, hence an external load switch is recommended for applications that require FRS support"

We need to perform role swap but not fast role swap. Can we use the internal gate drivers in this case?

Before their development, they want to use Evaluation kit.

Does CCG7D have Evaluation KIT??I don't find CCG7D EVK in website.
