Sorry, I found how to install.

Firstly, we install Java 1.8.XXX for 64 bit.

In addition, we add .ini file as follows,

-startup
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.4.0.v20161219-1356.jar
--launcher.library
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64_1.1.551.v20171108-1834
-VM　★Add
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_181\bin\javaw.exe　★Add

-vmargs
-Xmx2g

We can use this software!
