Hi there,

Is there anyone know how to use Jlink to program CCG4?

I have used J-Flash which support CYPD3xxx and Flash 128kb and SRAM 8kb as CCG4.

Is there any way to use this for CCG4 programming?

We don't have enough Mini Prog3. Hence, we need Jlink to program final into CCG4 to test.

Hi Jason,

Cypress do not have example can be shared to you. Since you mentioned that you can use JLINK for CCG3, you could use the script with slightly changes to update CCG4.

Meanwhile, Cypress have AN84858 can be refer to develop a programmer similar as PSoC miniProg3.

Best Regards,

Lisa

Hi Jason,

CCG4(CYPD4xxx) is same way programming as CCG3 (CYPD3xxxx) . The difference is CCG4 is half size per row than CCG3.
