The Type C controller used here to show the FRS feature is CCG3.

Hi,

Can you explain to me the meaning of  "Flashing mode index = 1"? If I want to program the device thru the CC interface, any modification needs to be made?

Thx,

Will

Sorry, few more terms wanted to clarify:

What are the definitions of "Is source extremally powered" and "is sink extremally powered"?

Thank you a lot

Hi,

A device can be powered from 2 sources, it can be either bus powered or externally powered through wall power source.

Hi,

Please refer to the following table,

Rp Rd Vbus current limit
56 kΩ 5.1 kΩ 500 or 900 mA
22 kΩ 5.1 kΩ 1.5A @ 5V
10 kΩ 5.1 kΩ 3A @ 5V

For Default refer to  the first row.

Hi Abhilash P,

What's the meaning of "Config table major version = 2"? Is this # always fixed?

Hi Abhilash,

Cleared. Is above info from USB-IF spec?

Also, what is the difference between Reject and Not_SUPPORTED under DR_Swap response pull down menu?

Also, what are the definitions of Wait, Reject and Not_SUPPORTED under DR/PR_Swap response, respectively, under pull down menu? An appropriate documentation is appreciated ^^

Hello Abhilash,

Do you have detailed explanation about SCEDB parameters. I don't see them in EZ-PD Configuration Utility User Manual?

Thx ^^,

Hi,

The shot is not clear. Can you please provide a more clear image or you can just mention which parameter you are referring to.
