Please tell me about the following electrical characteristics of VDDD of CCG3PA (CYPD3171-24LQXQ).
 
Q1)  Current that can be supplied.
Q2)  Power supply start-up and fall-down time.

Hi Arai,

The approximate minimum and maximum values for VDDD rise time as 20 us and 200 us respectively.

The slew rate is in the range of 0.018V/us to 0.082V/us.

Hello Arai,

1) The typical value of supply current from VDDD is around 10mA.

2) The max value of the total startup time for the regulator supply output is around 200us.
