Logical and proficient (ST) positions incorporate positions grouped above GS-15 that are not SES positions (i.e., don't include official and administration obligations) and are occupied with innovative work in the physical, organic, medicinal, or designing sciences, or a firmly related field.Senior level (SL) positions incorporate positions that are not SES positions and are arranged above GS-15 in light of other factors.In an organization that isn't secured by the SES, either a SL or a ST position may perform obligations that include at least one of the SES useful criteria. Hands on workers are paid under the Federal Wage System (FWS). FWS positions are specialty, exchange, and working positions and incorporate a few diverse pay designs (WS, WG, WL, and so forth.). FWS positions are paid on a hourly premise.
